I was extremely happy with it after installation. I purchased it to replace an old one that was marking up my bow with black marks. This one is muck better than that old one, but I still get more faint black marks on the bow . Just wish I went with the more translucent yellowish one that most others have gone with.544171

I contacted yates and they recommend going with the yellow roller part # YR450Y-400Y to avoid black marks. The blue roller part # YR450B-400B will also work.

Considering the the original part on my trailer lasted 25 years before needing to be replaced, the wear so far on the replacement part is way more than it should be. The first one was made in the USA......no idea where the replace meant came from ...but I bet I could guess582242

This product was a great addition to our boat trailer when the OEM part failed. The larger side wings make it much easier to line the boat up on the trailer and help protect the finish on the front of the boat.852248
